I’ve made my award selection. What will happen next?
You will be contacted in due course with the request for your address details (home or office) so that your award can be shipped where ever is convenient for you.
If I have already selected my award, can I change my mind at a later date?
Once you have selected your award you will not be able to re-enter the site.
Is there a time limit to choose my award once I receive the email?
Yes, you will need to select your award within 60 days of receiving the email.
If I can’t see anything I like can I have a bespoke award?
We have worked hard to provide a wide choice of awards for people reaching their service milestones. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for individual award requests.
I can’t see anything that I like, can I have the money value instead?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
If I resign will I still receive my award?
If you have attained your milestone before you leave then yes you will receive your award.
